Prof. Carlos Delgado Kloos participated in the Third Seminar on Microcredentials, held on September 26th. This event is part of the second edition of the Ibero-American Seminar-Workshop, under the theme “Towards a Path to Quality in Distance and Virtual Education in Higher Education Institutions”.
The speakers at this Third Seminar on Microcredentials included, in addition to Prof. Carlos Delgado Kloos, Francesc Pedró (UNESCO International Institute for Higher Education in Latin America and the Caribbean), Àngels Fitó (Universitat Oberta de Catalunya), Anabella Laya (Acreditta), and Maynor Barrientos Amador (Universidad Estatal a Distancia de Costa Rica).
