The document ‘Workshop Awareness Report’ is available in the Downloads section. This document is part of Work Package WP6. This milestone presents the results of the awareness workshop conducted with the consortium partners. The workshop was held at Carlos III University of Madrid in February 2024. The workshop’s objective was to identify each partner’s strengths, opportunities, weaknesses, and threats (SWOT analysis) in their VET institutions, establish strategies and action plans to mitigate risks, and jointly define the consortium’s mission, vision, and values. This effort aimed to align partners with the project objectives and clarify the indicators to be achieved for the ECOCredGT project.
